రెగ్యులర్ రివేంజ్ స్టోరీనే తప్ప మరొకటి కాదని, మాస్ కు పట్టే అవకాశ ముందని మరికొందరు అంటున్నారు. బోయపాటి శ్రీను తరహాలో హింస ని బాగా గ్లోరిఫై చేసి చూపాడని సినిమా ఎలాగున్నా దర్శకుడుకి మాత్రం పెద్ద హీరోల సినిమాలు వచ్చే అవకాసం ఉందని కొందరు సిని పెద్దలు అనుకోవటం జరిగింది. ఫస్టాప్ లో నాగచైతన్య పెద్దగా కనపడడు. సెకండాఫ్ లో అతను పూర్తిగా తన గ్రిప్ లో తెచ్చుకునే ప్రయత్నం చేసాడు. అయితే యాక్షన్ పరంగా నాగచైతన్యకు మంచి పేరు తెచ్చిపెట్టే చిత్రం అవుతుందంటున్నారు. నాగార్జున శివతో పోల్చి చూసే ప్రయత్నం మాత్రం అనవసరం అని తెలుస్తున్నారు.

Music : Songs are good, but speed breakers in the movie. All the montage songs are good,but two melodies and Wedding hall song slowed the flow. BG< is good,they did used Shiva BGM.
Editing : Editing is good, censor vaallu vesina cuts tho konchem flow thappindi, but second half is crispy.
Cinematography : Cinematography is neat,exterior shots were brilliant. camera angles are awesome.
Story-Screenplay and Direction : Story is good,screenplay is well dealt..but songs placing is bad,they are actually killing the flow of the movie. But second half is racy, scenic order was written well. Direction is good,but could have been better.Few ideas are too good.
Overall ga this movie is for masses who really dont care about technicalities. Masses have their required stuff packed in.Comedy is weak but action episodes are damn good. On a whole masses will like this movie, it will recover it costs for sure.Ardent mass movie lovers will like this film.Action episodes are out standing.thumbs up !!

Rana who is currently busy shooting for Naa Ishtam in the direction of debutant Prakash Tholeti will soon start work in a new project to be directed by Jagarlamudi Krish. The muhurtam shot of this project will be filmed in the first week of December at Ramanaidu Studios. Decision on FDI in retail not taken in a hurry: Prime Minister
New Delhi: The Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday said the "Decision on allowing FDI in retail not taken in any hurry, but well considered." Singh further added that there is lot to more to do, but the challenges are not easy to meet.
“We have put some conditions so that FDI in retail encourages small and medium enterprises of the country,” said the Prime Minister. He also added that there is no compulsion on states to implement decision on FDI in retail. He further stated that the States which do not see benefits of FDI in retail, there are ways not to implement it.
While talking on the Parliament session being interrupted, he said that there are a number of new laws to be enacted but the Opposition do not allow the Parliament to function. The Prime Minister also said that the government has taken a lot of measures to control inflationary pressure and he hopes these will help bring down prices.

ORDER: (Per Ghulam Mohammed, Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice)
The writ petitioner, an Honourable Member of the Legislative
Assembly, instituted this writ petition in public interest seeking a Writ
of Mandamus for declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 6 in not
initiating action against the 8threspondent, who is a former Chief
Minister of the State of Andhra Pradesh and his associates who are
impleaded as respondents 9 and 20 under the Provisions of Prevention
of Corruption Act, 1988, and Money Laundering Act, 2002, and to
consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 6 to initiate necessary
proceedings against them after the fourth respondent conducts a
through investigation in respect of allotment of lands, grant of
licenses, decisions taken by the 8th respondent with regard to
disinvestment and in that process acquiring wealth which is
disproportionate to his known sources of income.
2. The petitioner is also incidentally the wife of another former
Chief Minister of the State of Andhra Pradesh, who is politically
antagonistic to the 8th respondent. The petitioner has asserted that,
she has no personal interest in the subject matter except the genuine
desire to get the various acts of favoritism practiced by the
8th respondent so as to help him acquire wealth, investigated. She
undertook to pay exemplary costs, in case this Court ultimately finds
that there are no merits in this case.
3. It is asserted that the 8th respondent was born in 1951 in a lower
middle class farmer’s family in Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh and
after completing his University Education, he straightaway took to
politics and consequently did not have any independent source of
income, other than the meager income derived from the small extent
of land held by his family. It is, therefore, asserted that whatever
assets the 8th respondent has acquired and the wealth that was
generated by him post 1978 is generated by him essentially as a public
servant. It is stated that he was elected as an Honourable Member of
the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly in the year 1978 and he was
made a Minister of State for Animal Husbandry including Dairy
Development between
1980-1981 and between 1981-1982, he held the portfolio of Minister of
State for Archives, Archaeology, Museums, Public Garden, Public
Libraries, Cinematography and subsequently between 1982-1983, he
was Minister of State for Ground Water, Minister of State for Minor
Irrigation and Minister of State for Technical Education and Indian
Medicine. In the general elections held in 1983, he was defeated and
subsequently, when the elections were conducted in 1989, he was
elected once again and when the Telugu Desam Party returned to
power in 1994, he became a Cabinet Minister for Finance and Revenue
and on 01.09.1995, he became the Chief Minister of State of Andhra
Pradesh overthrowing the then Chief Minister and in that process, he
was backed to the hilt by the 11th respondent who, amongst various
other businesses also carries on media business and that the said
11th respondent was cut up because of the failure of the then Chief
minister Dr. N.T. Rama Rao in acknowledging the contribution of the
11th respondent in political ascendancy of Dr. N.T. Rama Rao and that
the 11threspondent has never criticized the atrocious policies pursued
by the 8th respondent as Chief Minister and that the 11threspondent had
played a crucial role in persuading the 8th respondent not to withdraw
his party’s support to the NDA Government in the wake of riots that
broke out in Gujarat State and that though several national level
political parties such as Communist Party of India, Communist Party of
India (Marxist) and Bharatiya Janata Party have published booklets
containing the details of acts of misuse of power, nepotism and
corruption indulged in by the 8th respondent as Chief Minister of
Andhra Pradesh, but significantly the 11th respondent who was then
enjoying a considerable market share in the media has purposefully
down-played the same so as to preserve and protect the image of the
8th respondent in the eyes of discerning general public. It is further
asserted by the writ petitioner that the 8th respondent has inherited a
mere Ac.2.00 of agricultural land in the family partition that took place
on 01.04.1986 and that in a sworn affidavit filed by the 8threspondent
on 30.06.1988 in W.P.No.7606 of 1988, it is asserted by him that he has
sold away his share of Ac.2.00 of land and from the income thus
derived, he purchased certain lands in Nindali and Vakhyam Villages of
Nellore District, from out of which lands he was securing an annual
income of Rs.36,000/- by way of sale of agricultural produce,
groundnut. It is asserted by the petitioner that, the 8th respondent has
purchased as much as Ac.65.00 of agricultural land for a shockingly
unbelievable price of Rs.1,000/- per acre in the year 1985 and
subsequent thereto, he has further acquired a large extent of
Ac.250.00 of land, but however, in binami names and the entire
Ac.315.00 of land as a single composite stretch was encircled by a
common compound wall with a fence that runs 12 kms in one single
stretch and that he has erected electric pump-sets for carrying water
for 3 kms distance and
2 kms distance from the nearby Kaivalya river and Ravooru lake and
the water thus drawn is used for irrigating the entire Ac.315.00 of land.
It is also further averred that Ac.14.00 of land belonging to the
Government which has been assigned in favour of members of
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes was illegally appropriated by
the 8th respondent and the rest of his family members thus violating
the law relating to The Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of
Transfer) Act,1977 and that the 8th respondent has also impounded
four large lakes in his farm land and thus breached the ethics and law
and that the 8th respondent’s mother who has inherited a mere Ac.2.00
of land, could however purchase Ac.5.00 of land in Sy.No.59 of
Madinaguda Village of Hyderabad city in the year 2000 from one Sri
Jasti Panduranga Vittal for a total sale consideration of Rs.40 Lakhs
and also purchased a plot of 1,135 sq.yds in Banjara Hills area of
Hyderabad city for a mere
Rs.35 Lakhs and that one year down the line thereafter, these
properties have been gifted by her in favour of the son of the
8th respondent and that the mother of the 8th respondent could not
have generated
Rs.75 Lakhs of savings from the meager assets possessed by her and
thus the 8th respondent has cleverly used the name of his mother for
purposes of securing most valuable assets in and around Hyderabad
city in favour of his minor son without the necessity to explain the
sources for such acquisition and that one year thereafter, these
properties were shown as sold to one J. Satyanarayana, who in-turn
gifted those properties in favour of his daughter Ms. Sudha Saradha,
W/o Sri Nagaraja Naidu, who has got proximately close links with the
family of the 8th respondent, thus an ingenuous system has been
devised by the 8th respondent of amassing wealth but at the same time
ensuring that the actual asset is reflected in the name of third parties
and that one Sri D. Ranveer was originally owning Ac.19.00 of land in
Sy.No.51 of Madinaguda Village, which was shown as sold away to Sri
Bhaskara Rao and Sri Panduranga Vittal, Ac.10.00 and Ac.9.00
respectively and it is Sri Panduranga Vittal, who in-turn sold Ac.5.00
out of these Ac.9.00 to the mother of the 8th respondent as set out
supra, and that Sri Bhaskara Rao also sold away Ac.5.00 out of
Ac.10.00 acquired by him in favour of Smt. Sudha Sarada W/o Sri
Nagaraja Naidu and this Ac.5.00 of land was in-turn was shown as sold
to the 9th respondent, who is none other than the wife of the
8th respondent, thus the immediate family members of the
8th respondent have acquired most valuable land at Madinaguda
Village in a circuitous manner to avoid immediate detection and that
the entire extent of Ac.19.00 is encircled by one contiguous common
compound wall and that Sri Nagaraja Naidu is a Director in all the
group companies through which the business initiatives of the
8th respondent are carried on. Thus, the various persons have merely
lent their names for enabling the 8th respondent acquiring, illegally,
wealth. It is further asserted that the 8threspondent promoted M/s
Bhuvaneswari Carbides and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd and M/s Bhuvaneswari
Carbides and Alloys Pvt. Ltd and both these entities have borrowed
heavily from various banks and financial institutions which remain
unpaid and that M/s Bhuvaneswari Carbides secured a loan of Rs.40
Lakhs from the Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation, a
Corporation owned by the State Government and the loan was secured
by mortgaging Ac.5.00 of land at Renigunta and that the loan was
required to be repaid in eight years but however, the same was not
repaid and in the year 2001 when the 8threspondent was functioning as
the Chief Minister of the State, for most inexplicable reasons, the
Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation has entered into a one
time settlement with M/s Bhuvaneswari Carbides Pvt. Ltd by agreeing
to receive a paltry sum of Rs.11 Lakhs and settle the entire loan
account notwithstanding the loan transaction was secured by
mortgage of Ac.5.00 of land at Renigunta which could be worth atleast
of Rs.10 Crores at that point of time. The inaction of the Andhra
Pradesh State Financial Corporation for not taking any action for
recovery of the loan amount and then quietly entering into a one time
settlement is proof positive of abuse of power by 8th respondent. It is
further pointed out that on 04.04.1998, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, a
giant pharmaceutical company based in Andhra Pradesh was granted
sales tax deferment of Rs.25 Crores for a period of 14 years by the
State Government when the 8th respondent was its Chief Minister. It is
pointed out that Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories was founded in the year
1984 and by 1998, it was a leading pharmaceutical player in the
company and abroad with a net worth of more than $1.67 billion, thus
exposing the favoritism conferred, as a part of misuse of his office by
the 8th respondent and in proximate closeness thereafter, one Sri K.
Satish Reddy, S/o K. Anji Reddy, the Founder and top executive of Dr.
Reddy’s Laboratories, has entered into a transaction for purchase of
Ac.3.14 of land held by the family members of the 8th respondent for a
little more than Rs.3 Crores, whereas the market value of such lands
in the vicinity was not up above Rs.12 Lakhs per acre and thus the
purchase of land by the family members of Dr. K. Anji Reddy is a quid
pro quo for the favour of sales tax deferment of Rs.25 Crores conferred
on Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and that Sri Satish Reddy entered into a
deal with M/s. Divyasree Soft Tech Realtors Private Limited and
developed a super structure comprising of proximately 5,00,000 sq.ft
on the land purchased by him from the family members of
8th respondent and the said built up area has been leased out to
GoogleTMcompany at
Rs.2 Crore per month rental and that Divyasree group of companies
are all companies belonging to the family of the 8threspondent. Further,
Government of Andhra Pradesh has allotted Ac.7.00 of land in favour of
Divyasree Soft Tech Realtors Private Limited, under the guise of
allotment of land to software companies in the area of
Ac.600.00 earmarked for software development in Kondapur locality
and thus, the 8th respondent has misused and abused his official
position either as Minister of State or Minister of Cabinet Rank or as
Chief Minister and has amassed massive wealth in his own name and
in the name of his immediate family members. The petitioner has
pointed out that, between 1999-2009, the total value of the assets
declared by the 8th respondent have risen to a little more than Rs.12.33
Crores while, during the same period, the value of the assets of the
9th respondent, his wife rose to a little more than Rs.56.33 Crores,
while the value of the assets of his minor son also raised to a little
more than Rs.5 Crores and therefore the writ petitioner alleged that
the 8th respondent has amassed wealth which is far disproportionate
to his known sources of income. Further, several assets held by the
8th respondent and his other family members have not been brought
out into the open and if their values are also taken into consideration,
the wealth of the 8th respondent will further zoom past.
4. It is further pointed out that the 10th respondent, who is the son
of the 8th and 9th respondents, has passed intermediate examination
conducted in State of Andhra Pradesh and he was regarded as an
average student, judged by the percentage of marks secured by him at
the Intermediate examination. But however, he proceeded to study his
Bachelors Degree Course from the prestigious Carnegie Mellon
University in United States of America between 1997-2000 and
thereafter prosecuted to study his Masters Degree between 2000-2002
from yet another prestigious University, Stanford University in the
United States of America. Since these two prestigious Universities
could not have enrolled the 10threspondent, in normal circumstances,
huge funds have been donated to those Universities by unknown
Indian sources and that during the six years of his prosecution of
education in United States of America, the 10th respondent could have
easily spent educational and living expenses amounting to USD
2,40,000 but no where the 8th or the 9th or the 10th respondents have
reflected in their statements of accounts filed with the Income Tax
Department as to where from these funds have been generated. It is
further stated that, the 10th respondent has acquired land in Nindali
Village in Nellore District and also near cities like Bangalore and
Mumbai which when conservatively valued will be worth Rs.100
Crores. The 10th respondent has no known sources of income for that
kind of investment.
5. It was further alleged that the enormous natural gas wealth was
struck in Krishna-Godavari Basin, considered forty times richer than
the one that was struck at Bombay High Basin. But however, the
8th respondent has not taken any measures to protect the interest of
the State of Andhra Pradesh and instead has used the 11th respondent,
as his conduit for generating wealth for himself and for the
11th respondent and in that process, the advice tendered by high
ranking officials has been simply ignored by the 8threspondent and the
prestigious Reliance Industries who have been granted the exploration
rights, had ultimately helped itself to a whooping amounts of wealth
and as a quid pro quo helped, quite illegally, the 8th and
11th respondents to amass wealth. It is stated that, the
12th respondent, one of the companies run by the 11th respondent was
in need of Rs.2,600 Crores of money for repaying and disbursing to
various depositors of the said company and that two of the associates
of Sri Mukesh Ambani of the Reliance company have floated six
companies in quick succession one after the other between December
2007 to January 2008 with the same address at Worli, Mumbai where a
Reliance top industrial house has its registered/corporate office and
the said industrial house diverted Rs.2,604 Crores belonging to the
said company in favour of the aforementioned companies and two of
those newly established companies namely Equator Trading
Enterprises Limited and Anu Trading entered into an agreement with
the 11th and 12th respondents and diverted the whole of Rs.2,604
Crores to the 11th respondent in the name of acquiring shares of the
12th respondent, one of the companies belonging to the 11threspondent,
which had posted a loss of Rs.59.19 Crores. But the aforementioned
two companies have picked up the Rs.100/- worth shares of the loss
making company of the
11th respondent by paying a premium of Rs.5,28,630/- per share, leaving
one and all stunned by the astronomical premium paid to the share of
a loss making entity. There were gross financial irregularities and
illegalities committed by the 11threspondent and that there is a tacit
understanding between the 8th and 11th respondents in this regard
which, deserves to be investigated thoroughly. The petitioner has also
traced out several other acts of favoritism shown by the 8th respondent
towards respondents 13 to 20, apart from describing as to how money
laundering was carried on by respondents 8 to 20.
6. It is further pointed out that the State Government passed
orders in their G.O.Ms.No.310 Home (SC-A) Department dated
13.12.2006 for exercise of powers and jurisdiction of the members of
the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the State. It is further stated
that the State Government has issued consent for investigation by the
CBI under Section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act,
1946, with regard to the transaction of sale of Ac.400 of land in
Gachibowli and delivery of advance possession of Ac.450 of land at
Mamidipalli in favour of a company of which the 14th respondent is the
co-chairman, but so far the investigation has not been carried to its
logical conclusion. Hence, this writ petition has been instituted.
7. Learned senior counsel Sri Susheel Kumar appearing for the writ
petitioner, apart from placing reliance upon the orders passed by the
Division Bench of this Court on 12.07.2011 and 10.08.2011 in
W.P.No.794 of 2011 and batch of cases, has also drawn our attention
to the Judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in Kazi Lhendup Dorji
Vs. Respondent: Central Bureau of Investigation and Ors[1] wherein in
paragraph 15, it has been stated as under:-
“15. As regards delay in filing of writ petition we find
that after the issuance of the impugned Notification
in 1987, efforts were made by the Central
Government during the period from 1988 to 1992 to
persuade the Government of Sikkim to accord the
necessary consent and when the said attempts
failed, the petitioner moved this Court in 1993.
Having regard to the seriousness of the allegations of
corruption that have been made against a person
holding the high public office of Chief Minister in the
State which have cast a cloud on his integrity, it is of
utmost importance that the truth of these allegations
is judicially determined. Such a course would
subserve public interest and public morality because
the Chief Minister of a State should not function
under a cloud. It would also be in the interest of
respondent No. 4 to have his honour vindicated by
establishing that the allegations are not true. The
cause of justice would, therefore, be better served by
permitted the petitioner to agitate the issued raised
by him in the writ petition than by non-suiting him on
the ground of laches.”
8. Learned senior counsel has commended for our consideration
the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 10.08.2011 in
W.P.No.794 of 2011 and batch, which in-turn has considered
elaborately the following Judgments of the Supreme Court in State of
Uttaranchal Vs. Balwant Singh Chaufal[2], State of West Bengal Vs.
Committee for Protection of Democratic Rights[3]Vishwanath
Chaturvedi Vs. Union of India[4] and State of Karnataka Vs. Arun Kumar
Agarwal[5].
9. Learned senior counsel has also drawn our attention to the
various documents filed as material papers along with this writ
petition.
10. We have bestowed our anxious consideration to the various
statements of fact and the legal principles on the subject. We are of
the opinion that the petitioner has made out a case of misuse and or
abuse of power and also acts of indulgence shown by the
8th respondent, warranting admission of this writ petition. Accordingly,
we admit this writ petition and issue Rule Nisi.
11. However, we are of the opinion that respondents 3,4,5 and 6
should be directed to independently carry out necessary
inquiries/investigation into the various acts alleged to have been
committed and attributed to respondents 8 to 20 in the affidavit filed
in support of this writ petition based upon the documents enclosed as
material papers of this writ petition, before an opinion can be firmed
up about the criminal culpability. Let the investigation be carried out
and a report be submitted by each of the respondents 3 to 6 in sealed
covers for further consideration of this Court, to enable it to take
appropriate and necessary further action in the matter. For this
purpose, we grant respondents 3 to 6, three months time.
12. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to deposit eight
more sets of the paper book filed in the writ petition together with the
material papers exhibited along therewith within one week from today,
so that the Registrar (Judicial) will make available to the respondents
3 to 6 two such sets apace. Call the matter for further consideration
after three months.

హైదరాబాద్: తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ అవిశ్వాస తీర్మానం ప్రతిపాదించినా ముఖ్యమంత్రి కిరణ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం గట్టెక్కే పరిస్థితే ఉంది. మెజారిటీ శాసనసభ్యుల బలం ప్రభుత్వానికి ఉన్నట్లు లెక్కలు చూస్తే అర్థమవుతోంది. డిసెంబర్ 1వ తేదీ నుంచి ప్రారంభమయ్యే శీతాకాలం సమావేశాల్లో అవిశ్వాస తీర్మానం ప్రతిపాదించడానికి తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు సమాయత్తమవుతున్నారు. ఈ స్థితిలో అవిశ్వాసం పెడితే కిరణ్ కమార్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం పడిపోతుందా అనే ఉత్కంఠకు తెర పడినట్లే. స్పీకర్ నాదెండ్ల మనోహర్ రాజీనామాలపై తీసుకుంటున్న నిర్ణయాలు ఈ విషయాన్ని తెలియజేస్తున్నాయి. దీంతో ఎమ్మెల్యేల రాజీనామాలపై స్పీకర్ మనోహర్ తుది నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవటంతో సమావేశాల ప్రారంభానికి ముందే అవిశ్వాసంపై ఉత్కంఠ సన్నగిల్లింది.
మూకుమ్మడి రాజీనామాలను తిరస్కరించిన స్పీకర్ కాంగ్రెస్, టీడీపీల నుంచి టీఆర్ఎస్‌లోకి చేరిన నలుగురు ఎమ్మెల్యేల రాజీనామాలను ఆమోదించడం ప్రభుత్వానికి ఊరటనిచ్చే విషయమే. అసెంబ్లీలో పార్టీల వారీ బలాబలాలను పరిశీలిస్తే - ముగ్గురు స్వతంత్ర ఎమ్మెల్యేలతో కలిపి సాం కేతికంగా కాంగ్రెస్ బలం 158. అయితే, స్వతంత్ర ఎమ్మెల్యే సోమారపు సత్యనారాయణ ఇటీవల టీఆర్ఎస్‌లో చేరగా, రాజేశ్వర రెడ్డి ఈ మధ్యనే అకాల మరణం పొందారు. ఇక, కాంగ్రెస్ ఎమ్మెల్యేలుగా గెలిచిన జూపల్లి కృష్ణారావు, టి. రాజయ్య తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సమితి (తెరాస)లో చేరారు. దీంతో, కాంగ్రె స్ బలం 154కి పడిపోయింది.
ఆ 154 మందిలో 25 మంది జగన్ వర్గం ఎమ్మెల్యేలున్నారు. వారిలో జయసుధ సహా కొంత మంది వెనక్కి రావడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నారు. నాలుగు రోజుల కిందట జగన్ వర్గం భేటీకి హాజరైన 21 మం ది ఎమ్మెల్యేల్లో 20 మంది కాంగ్రెస్ వారున్నారు. వారిలోనూ పలువురు కాంగ్రెస్ పెద్దలతో సంబంధాలు కొనసాగిస్తున్నారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో జగన్ వర్గం ఎమ్మెల్యేలు గంపగుత్తగా ప్రభుత్వానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఓటేసే పరిస్థితి లేదు. ఒక వేళ జగన్ వర్గానికి చెందిన 20 మంది ఎమ్మెల్యేలు అవిశ్వాసానికి మద్దతు ఇస్తారని అనుకున్నా కాంగ్రెస్ బలం 134కి పడిపోతుంది.
ప్రజారాజ్యం పార్టీకి చెందిన 18 మంది సభ్యుల్లో శోభా నాగిరెడ్డి మినహా మిగిలిన 17 మందీ కాంగ్రెస్‌వైపే ఉన్నారు. ఏడుగురు సభ్యులున్న ఎంఐఎం కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ మిత్రపక్షమే. అప్పుడు కాంగ్రెస్ బలం 158 అవుతుంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో, మేజిక్ ఫిగర్ కంటే కాంగ్రెస్‌కు బలం ఎక్కువగానే ఉండే అవకాశాలే ఉన్నాయని విశ్లేషకులు వివరిస్తున్నారు. ఈ స్థితిలో ప్రభుత్వం పడిపోయే ప్రమాదం ఏమీ లేదని అంటున్నారు.

Woman alleges affair with White House hopeful Cain
An Atlanta businesswoman claimed on Monday she had a 13-year affair with Republican presidential hopeful Herman Cain, whose campaign has already been hurt by a rash of sexual harassment allegations.
Cain, a former pizza company executive who has faded back in the pack of Republicans seeking to take on President Barack Obama in November 2012, denied the allegations preemptively, shortly before the news broke.
"It was pretty simple," Ginger White told Atlanta's Fox 5 television. "It wasn't complicated. I was aware that he was married. And I was also aware I was involved in a very inappropriate situation, relationship."
White said she met Cain in the late 1990s in Kentucky, while he was serving as president of the National Restaurant Association.
The affair began at that time, she claimed. Cain lavished her with gifts and they stayed together at a luxury hotel in Atlanta, she said, emphasizing that he had never mistreated her in any way.
The physical relationship ended just eight months ago, shortly before he declared his candidacy, but the two remained in phone contact, White said.
"He made it very intriguing," White said. "It was fun. It was something that took me away from my humdrum life at the time. And it was exciting."
The TV station said White offered her cell phone bills as proof of their relationship. She did appear to have Cain's number in her phone, but he told the station he had been "trying to help her financially."
On CNN shortly before the Fox broadcast, Cain defiantly denied the allegations.
"This individual is going to accuse me of an affair for an extended period of time," Cain said, vehemently denying any sex was involved. "It is someone that I know who is an acquaintance that I thought was a friend."
"I did not have an affair," Cain said, insisting he had no plans to quit the White House race.
"Not as long as my wife is behind me and as long as my wife believes I should stay in this race, I'm staying in this race," he said, adding that he had spoken to his wife about the allegations.
Cain also faces sexual harassment accusations from four women -- two of them who came forward in public. He has denied all impropriety.
"I will not be deterred by false, anonymous, incorrect accusations," Cain said earlier this month.
His campaign also faltered when he struggled to respond to a basic question about Libya and appeared not to know that China had nuclear weapons, calling into question his presidential credentials.
Cain told CNN on Monday that he would forge ahead and shrugged off the latest accusations by saying: "Here we go again."
White said she decided to come forward because she was upset at the way Cain had "demonized" the women accusing him of sexual harassment.
"I wanted to give my side, before it was thrown out there and made out to be something filthy," White said.
"I didn't want to do this, but it was something I felt at the end of the day was the right thing to do."
Cain's attorney Lin Wood sought to downplay the affair claim. "This is not an accusation of harassment in the workplace -- this is not an accusation of an assault -- which are subject matters of legitimate inquiry to a political candidate," Wood said.
"Rather, this appears to be an accusation of private, alleged consensual conduct between adults -- a subject matter which is not a proper subject of inquiry by the media or the public," he said.
"No individual, whether a private citizen, a candidate for public office or a public official, should be questioned about his or her private sexual life. The public's right to know and the media's right to report has boundaries and most certainly those boundaries end outside of one's bedroom door."
